STEP 01
Registration
Applications are received on the website, through recruitment notice,
and by email in the recruitment notice. -
STEP 02
Document Screening
Based on the application submitted, the applicant’s qualifications,
work abilities, experiences, etc. are reviewed, and the relevance to
the area of application is comprehensively evaluated. -
STEP 03
Interview
To verify comprehensively the applicant’s abilities, job understanding, person-organization fit, values, personality, attitude, etc., practical
interview and and in-depth executive interview are held. -
STEP 04
Health Checkup
Following the announcement of the interview result, the applicant undergoes basic health checkup to determine whether the applicant is
fit for performing operations after joining the company. -
STEP 05
Final Acceptance
If the health checkup result is satisfactory, the applicant receives final acceptance. The job details, salary, benefits, etc. are decided according to the company rules for new employees and through consultation for experienced employees.
